The 7th PHEXFEST China Pharmaceutical Preparation Festival and 2020 International Pharmaceutical Preparation Technology Forum & Expo,which lasted for three days, concluded successfully at Nanjing，Baijia Lake Hotel.

This conference is organized by CPEC,CPU, SPPEA and PHEXCOM,co-organized by Nanjing Weil, Huzhou Zhanwang, Colorcon, Dowing, NOF  and other 30 pharmaceutical excipients &machinery companies.

More than 500 pharmaceutical industry experts and enterprise representatives attended the conference to study, exchange and discuss together.

"Drug Value By Innovation" is the theme of PHEXFEST. The event has a variety of activities and a new conference model, including pre-conference salon, two-day legal & Academic forum combined with preparation technology exhibition, dinner party, cocktail party and enterprise visiting.

25 pharmaceutical experts from government, universities, excipients and pharmaceutical companies made the speeches on the forum, such as Dr. Zhang Lingchao(Registration Department of National Administration), Dr. Yuan Lijia, (Business Management Office of Drug Evaluation Center of National Medical Products Administration), Pro.Chen Lei(General Office of National Pharmacopoeia Committee),  Pro.PingQineng, Pro.Zhou Jianpin, Pro.Tu Jiasheng, Pro.Yin Lifang (China Pharmaceutical university) ,Pro. Song Minxian, Pro. Han Jun and etc., were invited to make keynote reports at the main forum.

"The seventh PhExFest Chinese drugs preparation section" BBS around the following policy: drug association review for examination and approval system reform is introduced, registration of pharmaceutical excipients and associated review consideration, medicinal materials, quality standards and its significance, preparation enterprises concerned about the standard of "China pharmacopoeia" pharmaceutical excipients, introduction to the new drug registration management approach and the "new era of health care" under the age of drug research and development, "Chinese pharmacopoeia" 2020 version of the pharmaceutical excipients standard system revision case sharing, etc.

We will encourage enterprises to strengthen the research and development of excipients and packaging materials, and use new materials, new processes, new equipment and new technologies to improve the quality of pharmaceutical preparations.

By improving self-innovation ability, actively introducing advanced foreign technologies and other measures, we can promote technological upgrading, break through key technologies such as purification and quality control, eliminate backward technologies and production capacity,and change the situation that some excipients and packaging materials rely on import, so as to meet the quality demand of pharmaceutical preparations.
