IPEC Europe is pleased to announce that this important webinar will be held on 22 June 2017, at 14:30 CEST.

The IPEC Federation very recently revised its Good Distribution Practices for Pharmaceutical Excipients Guide bringing the document in line with the latest thinking on GDP requirements for pharmaceutical excipients.

Many parties are involved today in global activities such as distribution, re-packaging, transportation and warehousing and so the need for a recognised quality approach as illustrated in this guide, has never been greater.

This webinar will highlight how the guide can help provide the assurance that all these starting materials used in medicines can move through the supply chain without compromising their quality or introducing safety risks.

IPEC Europe set up this webinar to share the latest knowledge so participants:
·         can hear practical examples of how to apply current approaches to GDP;
·         can learn where risk assessment can be used to establish effective control of your processes;
·         can use the guide to cross reference to the World Health Organisation’s (WHO);
·         can understand the importance of positive communication between user and supplier; and
·         can learn what Regulatory Agencies have been focussing on during inspections.
The webinar will be hosted by Allan Whiston of QA Resolutions Ltd. Allan has significant experience in this field and has been a major contributor to the IPEC GDP Guide.   After Allan reviews current perspectives on this topic,
participants can engage in a live interactive session adding to the learning experience!
