Original and generic pharmaceutical product provider Arterium Corporation has acquired pharmaceutical company Marifarm from Novo KBM d,d. to strengthen its research and development (R&D) and production capabilities.

The acquisition is expected to cost the company up to $7.5m.

Guanhao Biotech Co. Ltd has announced an investment of $2.4m to acquire a pharmaceutical company.

The acquirer is a biotechnology company, while the target company is a Beijing-based pharmaceutical company.
