Wayne, N.J. – December 10, 2009International Specialty Products Inc. (“ISP”) has announced a global price increase for 1,4 Butanediol (BDO) and derivatives, including: N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone (NMP), Tetrahydrofuran (THF), and Gamma- Butyrolactone (BLO).
The price increases are as follows, and will be effective December 10, 2009 or as contracts allow: North America: US $0.06 per pound
Europe: € 0.10 per kilogram Asia: US $0.15 per kilogram. These price increases are necessary to keep pace with the rising costs of raw material and energy prices. For further information, please visit www.ispcorp.com |
