Pharma scandals spawn investor lawsuits at KaloBios, Sequoia

Angry investors of KaloBios and Sequoia Fund are taking their pharma grievances to the courts. Shareholders at KaloBios--formerly led by pharma bad boy Martin Shkreli--are suing to get back the $5.4 million they had invested just hours before his arrest, Reuters reports, while investors who claim Sequoia recklessly took a huge stake in Valeant ($VRX) are suing that fund.
