The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Amending the Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China was adopted at the 14th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on April 24, 2015, and shall go into effect as of the date of promulgation. The Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China is amended in accordance with the Decision and reissued.
