On September 18, 2013, Teng Jiacai, Vice Minister of China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), met with the delegation led by Esben E. Rasmussen, Executive Director General of Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (DVFA). Teng Jiacai introduced the main responsibilities and the institutional restructuring of CFDA, and listened to the introduction about the function of DVFA. Both sides reached the intent of building food safety supervision cooperation mechanism between the two countries. Relevant directors of CFDA’s Department of International Cooperation, Comprehensive Department, Department of Food Safety Supervision I , Department of Food Safety Supervision II, and Department of Food Safety Supervision III attended the meeting.
