SFDA Commissioner Shao Mingli meets delegation led by Former U.S. Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs

On November 30, 2011, Shao Mingli, Commissioner of the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) met with the Advanced Medical Technology Association of America delegation headed by Samuel Berger, Former U.S. Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, in Beijing. Both sides exchanged opinions on the reform of the medical and health care system, and relevant issues related to medical devices. Main directors of SFDA’s Department of Medical Device Supervision, Department of International Cooperation, and relevant directors of Department of Policy and Regulations attended the meeting.
