On the afternoon of November 22, 2011, Li Yunlong, Director of National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC), and Dr. P.Y. LAM, Director of Health of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, signed the Cooperation Agreement for Establishing Hong Kong’s Chinese Crude Drugs Standards in Beijing. Shao Mingli, Commissioner of the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA), attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the signing of the agreement. The signing of the agreement lays a sound foundation for the exchanges and cooperation between Chinese mainland and Hong Kong SAR in the field of Chinese crude drugs standards.
